Come and explore our new look Interactive Learning Centre,
the ‘Learning Platform’. Open from Monday 20 July, enjoy our fantastic
new interactive show ‘From Rocket to Bullet – the science of how trains
move!.’ Discover how BIG things travel fast with our very own Elephant
Launcher and see how a cannon can launch a doll to demonstrate
steam pressure! The kids will also love ‘Clickety Clack’, our interactive
railway story which explores the sounds of the train as it travels from
London to Scotland (suitable for under 6s). There will be six events per
day 10.45, 11.45, 12.45, 13.45, 14.45 and 15.45) throughout the summer
