| York Life Drawing at The ArtSpace
LIFE DRAWING DAY SESSIONS EVERY TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY,
7pm.
Participants will learn how to approach the human figure, how to
represent the volume of the human body and how to place the figure
against the backdrop of a professional studio and York's edgiest gallery:
ArtSpace that is!
We alternate between male/female models, full age range - from 17 to
74, and guide you through carefully planned drawing exercises, using
pencil, charcoal, pastel, paint, palette knives, brusho ink, sticks. We look
at dynamism, flesh tones, hands and feet, the figure in context. We look
forward to witnessing your work strengthen. All levels of ability are
welcome.
This is Salsa Dancing for creative types: no walking on egg shells,
intense serious concentration here. No essays either. This is vivid,
sparky, arty fun.
All levels of ability are welcome.

£100 for 10 week course with breal for half term. |
